By downloading, installing, or using PaletteMatch ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the App.

PaletteMatch provides:
- Color Analysis: AI-powered analysis to determine your seasonal color palette
- Clothing Matching: Instant feedback on whether clothing items match your palette
- Educational Content: Information about seasonal color theory
3. User Accounts
- The App currently doesn't require user accounts
- All data is stored locally on your device
- You're responsible for maintaining your device's security
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to:

9. Limitation of Liability

- Our total liability shall not exceed $100

- Upon termination, delete the App from your device
